The Fest in Gainesville Florida is considered by many to be the best punk festival in the United States if not the world. Folks from everywhere make the yearly trek to partake in 3 days of music, community and comraderie. I thought it might be fun to interview some of my and your favorite attendees, their bands, their brands, and see what makes this such a special event in the hearts and minds of so many. I'll try to get as many in as i can and hopefully convey a little of the joy it evokes!

Who are you? What do you do? And where do you do it?
Bree from Allegedly Records. Not in a band, but I run the label that represents The Skluttz, The Super High Tech Jet Fighters, and Curse Words.
Awesome! The Skluttz are rad! I'll check out the other two asap!
I still havent made it to Fest yet. Its hard to get away during that time of year for me. I had intended to go this year, but a family emergency is keeping me home now.
That sucks. I know some folks, myself included, who were stoked to see you. Family first.
Well with that in mind who were you excited to see this year?
The 3 bands on Allegeldy Records. I also really wanted to catch Michael Cera Palin. That name is chef’s kiss.
For road trips, such as from Pennsylvania to Gainesville, what's your favorite Buccee's snack?
Any kind of candy!
What's your beverage of choice for long days of band watching?
I drink Mountain Dew and Water exclusively.

Banging oprah and hopefully getting her all twisted up so she buys me shit. Marry my mom cos there is no better option and i can divorce her. Killing mother theresa cos fuck that bitch. (fun fact: oprahs name is orpah. We just kept mispronouncing it so she finally changed it.)
